On the 11th of February, at -10 degrees Celsius, almost 80 people went out in the center of Ramnicu-Valcea, Romania, demanding the EU to reject the ratification of the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, a global treaty which was signed in secrecy, that could allow corporations and governments to censor the internet.
